RETURNS
If not fully satisfied with your item(s), you may return for a refund within 7 days of delivery date. Please email contact@haileysarchive.com with your order number and the nature of your return request to get your pre-paid return label.
To make an exchange, please email contact@haileysarchive.com your order number, and we will issue store credit once the item(s) are returned and received. Please purchase your new item with the store credit received. Questions are welcome!
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations, and have all original tags attached with the same exact condition as received or we will be unable to process your return/exchange.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item to receive a refund. Please email contact@haileysarchive.com with your order number and raw photos of damages. If the item is available, we will gladly replace it free of charge once the item is returned and received. Should the item not be available, you will be refunded for the item. Please note: once the tags are removed or after the 48 hours of no report, Hailey’s Archive is not responsible for any damages.
Final Sale: E-gift cards, donations, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, accessories, and jewelry.
Applicable return fees are responsible by the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which we will require photos of the faulty item sent to contact@haileysarchive.com prior to returning. Damaged items must be shipped back no later than 7 days after receiving your complimentary return label.
Store credit for exchanges will be issued in the form of an e-gift card and processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving returns. E-gift cards processed from online returns never expire.
If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.
Hailey’s Archive reserves the right to deny a refund or store credit on returned merchandise if item(s) show signs of wear or prove to be altered in any way.

Donations will be used to support our ongoing projects and initiatives as outlined on our donations page.
You may choose to make a one-time donation or set up a recurring contribution.
All donations are final and non-refundable. If you have any concerns regarding your donation, please contact us.
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
You will receive a receipt for your donation for tax purposes.
Donor information will be kept confidential and used only for internal purposes.
We may update these donation terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Hailey’s Archive currently ships to customers within the continental United States. We do not currently offer international shipping at this time.
Please allow 3 business days for processing before shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100.
Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email provided.
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/stolen or lost claims.
apparel care
Our apparel garments go through a very unique and delicate dyeing process to get the Elwood-trademark vintage coloring. They recommend to:
Wash on a cold on a gentle cycle + lay flat or hang to dry
Wash separately the first few times to avoid color transfer (try your best to)
For any stains, we recommend to treat them with the same gentle soap used to clean wildlife after natural disasters, Dawn Dish Soap. We find the Powerwash version to be extra effective. Just lightly spray or squirt on your stain, toss it into the wash on a cold cycle with like colors and you’re good to go.
